Summer Breeze Tee

Summer Breeze Tee is a lovely summer T-shirt with small details that make it stand out yet still practical for everyday wear. It is worked top-down with no seaming. First, knit a 5 cm rib, then work short rows while making raglan increases. The rib running along the sleeve and down the body is a lovely detail, but it can easily be omitted if you just want a plain T-shirt. If you omit the rib on the body, you can add approx. 8 cm to the sweater’s width. Then divide for body and sleeves, which are worked in the round and finished separately. It’s a good idea to knit the body about 3 cm shorter than the pattern states if you choose a yarn that contains silk, as this will weigh the top down and make it a few cm longer over time. I recommend a negative ease of 5 - 10 cm. That means you knit the garment smaller than your body measurements.
